TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Charlie’s Cottage vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

The booking must be made within that time, but the holiday may fall beyond the expiry date.

If the value of the stay is more than the voucher value, the voucher holder will be responsible for paying the difference.

The value of the voucher is in the unique 10-digit code. This may be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for further gift vouchers.  The voucher(s) must be redeemed in full on a single booking.  No balance is payable or transferable.

When booking, simply inform us you will be part paying by voucher and give us the 10-digit unique code.  The voucher amount will be deducted from the overall cost of your stay at Charlie’s Cottage (3 night min. stay).

We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers and such vouchers shall not be refunded.
