Arrival & Departure
Charlie’s Cottage will be ready for your arrival from 3:00 pm, allowing you to settle in at your leisure. On your departure day, we kindly ask that check-out is by 10:15 am
Flexible Stays & Short Breaks
We offer flexible arrival and departure days (subject to availability) and welcome short breaks, with a minimum stay of three nights at £95 per night. All utilities, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and toiletries are included, ensuring a truly comfortable and effortless stay.
Booking & Payments
To secure your stay, a deposit of £100 is required. Your booking will be confirmed in writing once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due six weeks before the start of your stay. For bookings made less than six weeks in advance, payment of the full stay is required at the time of booking. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details. Important Information
- The original oak staircase is relatively steep and narrow, and may not be suitable for the elderly or those with mobility difficulties.
- The cottage is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted.
- No smoking, including e-cigarettes.
2026 RATES
Jan - March: £500.00/week (7 nights)
April - October: £560/week (7 nights)
November - December: £500/week (7 nights)
Short stays = min 3 nights £95.00 per night
CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS - From 22nd December - 27th December - 4 nights minimum stay @ £120.00 per night.
For Ludlow festival dates, there is a £20 per night surcharge to our regular prices; 8 - 10 May 2026 - Ludlow Spring Festival, 13 - 17 August 2026 - Ludlow Fringe Festival, 11 - 13 September 2026 - Ludlow Food Festival, and 28 - 30 November 2026 - Ludlow Winter Festival.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or sterling cheque. (For overseas guests, there is a 5% surcharge to be added to our prices).
