Availability & Rates
Charlie’s Cottage is flexible with arrival and departure days (subject to availability) and we also welcome short breaks - minimum stay 3 nights @ £95.00 per night (utilities, WiFi, bed linen, towels, and toiletries are all included in the price)
We will be ready for you from 3.00 pm on the day your booking starts and check out time on your departure day is by 10.15 am.
A deposit payment of £100.00 is required to secure your booking. All bookings will be confirmed in writing on receipt of your deposit payment. The balance payment is due 6-weeks before the start of your stay. If booking less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, you will be required to send the full cost of your stay. (NOTE: The original oak staircase is relatively steep and narrow, so may not be suitable for the elderly, or those with mobility difficulties. The cottage is not suitable for children under 10 years of age and pets are not permitted. No smoking allowed).
RATES
Jan - March: £500.00/week (7 nights)
April - October: £540/week (7 nights)
November - December: £500/week (7 nights)
Short stays = min 3 nights £95.00 per night
CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS - From 22nd December - 27th December - 4 nights minimum stay @ £120.00 per night.
For Ludlow festival dates, there is a £20 per night surcharge to our regular prices; 9 - 11 February 2024 - Ludlow Brewery Beer Festival, 9 - 12 May 2024 - Ludlow Spring Festival, 13 - 23 June 2024 - Ludlow Fringe Festival, 13 - 15 September 2024 - Ludlow Food Festival, and 24 - 26 November 2024 - Ludlow Winter Festival.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or sterling cheque. (For overseas guests, there is a 5% surcharge to be added to our prices).
